Tango Prerequisites with Adam
“Are you struggling with balance, stability, and control?
This class is designed to help the dancer improve fundamentals of movement by training our mind and our body to be more connected to the floor in order to improve communication to our partner.
We will work on walking, creating power in the feet, sending clear deliberate messages to one another through movement.
I have developed this class from over 12 years of training and dancing and use many exercises and techniques that have helped me in my own development.” – Adam
